1. Introduction

Astra AI Soft (“we,” “our,” and “us”) provides web development, mobile application development, and AI and automation services. This policy explains what information is involved when you browse our website, prepare a project brief, or contact us, and the choices available to you.

This policy covers the company website and related inquiries. Separate service agreements may describe information handling for work performed on a client project.

2. Information we collect

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your name, company, phone number, project requirements, and message. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.

The project brief form asks for your name, email address, optional message, and optional service interests. Typing into the form alone does not submit this information to us.

Hosting and delivery providers receive technical information needed to serve the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. Their operational systems may record this information for delivery, troubleshooting, and security.

3. How we use information

We use information you send to understand your request, respond to questions, discuss proposed work, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and security.

The current website does not include usage analytics or an automated marketing subscription service.

4. Project briefs and contact messages

Your project brief stays in the current browser page while you edit it. The form does not save its fields in local or session storage or send them to an application server.

Choosing “Submit inquiry” opens your email application with a prepared message to info@astraaisoft.com. You must review and send the message in that application. Preparing a draft does not itself send an email. Once sent, the message is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email provider.

Please leave out passwords, API keys, confidential documents, and sensitive personal information from initial inquiries.

5. Selling and sharing personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Information may be handled by hosting and email providers to operate the website and support communications.

We may also disclose information at your direction or where necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, or protect the security and rights of our business and others.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

The application code for this website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies or include advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served with the website.

The private hosted preview may require the hosting provider’s sign-in and access controls. Those systems may use cookies or session information under the provider’s own practices. Your browser may also retain form autofill information according to its settings.

7. Service providers and external links

We use hosting and delivery services to make the website available, and email services to receive and respond to correspondence. These services process the information needed for their functions under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

The project brief form currently does not use an external form-processing service or send its contents to an AI provider. Following an external link takes you to another website whose privacy practices may differ from ours.

8. Children’s privacy

This company website and its business inquiry services are not intended for children under 16. Children should not submit personal information through business inquiries. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact info@astraaisoft.com so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

9. Data retention

We retain business correspondence for as long as needed to address inquiries, manage relevant business relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for all records.

Refreshing or closing the page may clear unsaved form fields. Hosting logs and provider backups are subject to the relevant providers’ retention practices.

10. Data security

No website, email service, or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Limit the personal information you include in an inquiry, and discuss an appropriate way to share confidential project materials before sending them.

The website does not currently offer user accounts or a server-side database of submitted project briefs. Access to the private preview is controlled by the hosting provider.

11. Your choices and rights

You can browse without completing a brief or contacting us. You control whether to prepare and send an email draft.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions.

Send questions or requests to info@astraaisoft.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant correspondence without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our practices change. The last-updated date indicates the latest revision. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled as required.
